iChoosr has been organising group-buying schemes for solar panels in partnership with UK councils since 2015. Our Solar Together initiatives help households across the UK access a high quality installation for a competitive price by coming together as a group. Through group-buying we enable people to invest in a sustainable future and benefit from savings on their electricity bill at the same time.
Buying solar panels doesn’t have to be difficult. iChoosr provides customers with clear and objective information supported by its dedicated help desks for when customers have any additional questions. It provides a safe environment in which people can make an informed decision where they might otherwise not do so.
iChoosr is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage the delivery of Solar Together group-buying schemes in the United Kingdom. In this role you will lead the operations team, making sure the group-buying schemes run like clockwork.
You will work closely with and coach the Solar UK operations team members and report to the Business Manager. You will ensure that the Solar UK operations team has a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of all other teams supporting the UK solar business including Development & Product Team, Campaign Management, Supplier Management, Relationship Management and Customer Services. You will liaise with external partners and other iChoosr colleagues to deliver and optimise the scheme’s operational processes and overall result. You will play a critical role in growing iChoosr’s position in the UK solar market.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Your main focus in the role is ensuring the preparation and execution of each of the Solar Together schemes. This includes the organisation and delivery of essential operational tasks, engaging key stakeholders, identifying challenges and making sure key milestones are met.
The outcome will be the delivery of best-in-class customer experience across our online journeys, via our call centre and in all customers communications.
You will look to continuously improve our processes and customer experience and will work closely with many teams around the business to deliver this, on both UK-specific and cross-iChoosr projects.
