Benefits for the supplier

The cost for the customer in a group buying scheme is often significantly reduced. Suppliers gain advantage because they serve a large group at once and can minimise administrative and logistical costs. Moreover, suppliers have no marketing costs. This can allow the supplier to make the offer more attractive to the customer, while the supplier still benefits.

How does group purchasing work for suppliers?

1. Qualification of suppliers

iChoosr qualifies suppliers based on their ability to win and deliver on a group purchase smoothly.

3. Personalised offers

After the winning bid has been validated by iChoosr, the winning supplier and iChoosr prepare to send out the offer to registrants. The supplier will be made aware of the communication content, planning and implementation of the project. iChoosr then e-mails a personalised offer to every participant. If a participant accepts the offer, iChoosr introduces the customer to the supplier. The supplier thus receives signed up customers, not leads.

2. Registration of participants and auction

Interested consumers sign up to participate in a group purchase scheme during a registration phase which typically lasts several weeks. iChoosr then conducts an auction among qualified suppliers. Qualified suppliers bid against each other during the auction with an offer for all participants. The supplier which delivers the best bid wins the auction.

4. On-boarding customers

iChoosr remains involved in the customer’s switch and oversees the quality of service and operations. We are ready to support the suppliers and the customer throughout the switching process. The satisfaction of our participants is paramount!
